Association Dues Increase in 2017

The FRHA board would like to thank members who attended the annual homeowner meetings. It’s a  great way for learn about our subdivision and provide input. This year’s meeting reviewed past activities and held open discussion about future plans. Road Construction Updates for April 2016

CITY OF FARMINGTON HILLS PROJECTS 13 Mile Road Rehabilitation, Haggerty Road to Halsted Road This project is scheduled to begin April 11, 2016 and will require a full closure of 13 Mile Road between Fountain Boulevard and Equestrian. Walking Path Seal Coating scheduled.

We have over one and a half miles of walking paths throughout our association.   The paths have split in some spots and the seal coating is wearing away in others.  The association has budgeted and hired a company to come out and reseal the paths.
