Dues
Membership dues are $135 per lot annually, and are collected for the period April 1 through March 31, every year. Unpaid dues are subject to collection, which may include property liens or foreclosure. Unpaid dues are assessed interest and the costs incurred in the collection process. Members right are suspended while dues are outstanding. Timely payment of dues is absolutely essential to the smooth operation of the association. Please contact the president or treasurer with any questions or problems concerning the dues before your account becomes delinquent.
